Electric
Match Heads

These small printed circuit
board chips have a thin nichrome
bridge wire wrapped
and soldered to the tip, ie. the hard work has been done.
The Do-It-Yourselfer
can then cut twin lead wire to his desired length
and solder to both sides of the head. Dip the head into
a pyrogen
and voila, an electric match for pennies.
We have
both #50 gage match heads (low current - comparable to standard
matches) and #38 gage match heads (requires higher current).
